Automobile Freight Forwarding Specialist (Moscow Office)
Duties:
- the organization of cargo delivery by the attracted motor transport in the following directions: export -- to the countries of Europe and the CIS, within the Russian transportation;
- attracting new contractors to work (mandatory verification of all companies according to established rules), formation of a pool of permanent carriers;
- calculation of freight rates for the sales department;
- coordination of the interaction of all participants in the delivery of goods;
- monitoring the progress of the delivery of goods;
- informing customers about the movement of goods;
- control of payment of bills, receivables;
- formation of a package of documents on the transaction;
- making transactions in the company and 1C;
- holding negotiations and meetings with clients and contractors;
